Vibeline (Business Registration No.: 895-01-03886; the "Company") complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea ("PIPA") and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. of the Republic of Korea, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy as follows in order to protect users' personal information and respect their rights and interests.

This Policy applies to the mobile application Weapon Forge (Korean title: 무기강화; package name com.vibeline.weaponforge; the "Service") operated by the Company. Weapon Forge is a single-player offline game in which the player upgrades and sells weapons in order to defeat a boss within a time limit.

Article 1 (An Account-Free, Offline Service That Collects No Personal Information)

Weapon Forge is a single-player offline game that is used without sign-up or log-in.

The Company does not collect any personal information whatsoever through this Service. The Company does not collect information that identifies an individual, such as name, email address, telephone number, or date of birth, and does not access the camera, photo library, contacts, location, or microphone.

All gameplay data is stored only on the user's own device and is not transmitted to the Company's servers or to any third party. The Company does not operate any server capable of identifying users.

Article 2 (Information Stored Only on the Device)

The information below is stored only in the internal storage of the user's device so that gameplay can be resumed, and it is not transmitted to the Company's servers.

The information above contains no items that identify an individual, and it is deleted from the device together with the app when the app is uninstalled.

Article 3 (Information Not Collected and Features Not Used)

For the sake of transparent disclosure, the Company expressly states the items that this Service does not use.

If the Company introduces advertising, in-app purchases, or analytics features in the future, it will amend this Policy before doing so and give notice in accordance with Article 12.

Article 4 (Purposes of Processing)

The Company uses the information in Article 2 solely for the purpose of maintaining gameplay progress and settings within the user's own device. The Company cannot access such information and does not use it for any other purpose.

Article 5 (Retention and Use Periods)

Article 6 (Provision to Third Parties, Outsourcing, and Cross-Border Transfers)

Because the Company collects no personal information in connection with this Service, it does not provide personal information to third parties, does not outsource its processing, and does not transfer it overseas.

However, downloading, installing, and updating the application is operated by each app marketplace (Apple App Store, Google Play), and the privacy policy of the relevant marketplace operator applies to that process. That process is not an area processed by the Company.

Article 7 (Users' Rights and How to Exercise Them)

Because Weapon Forge has no accounts and the Company holds no personal information, users may manage their own information directly as follows.

Article 8 (Children Under 14)

The Company does not collect the personal information of children under 14 years of age. Because Weapon Forge has no sign-up process and collects no personal information, there is no path by which a child's personal information could be transmitted to the Company.

Article 9 (Measures to Ensure Security)

The Company treats the design decision not to collect personal information at all as its foremost security measure. In addition, the Company applies the following.

  1. The principle of minimizing collection of personal information (namely, collecting none)
  2. Not requesting device permissions that are unnecessary for operating the Service
  3. Keeping gameplay data on the device and blocking external transmission

Article 10 (Chief Privacy Officer)

The Company designates the following Chief Privacy Officer to oversee matters relating to the processing of personal information and to handle related inquiries, complaints, and remedies.

Article 11 (Remedies for Infringement of Rights and Interests)

Users may apply to the following Korean organizations for consultation or dispute resolution in order to obtain relief from infringement of personal information.

Article 12 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)

This Privacy Policy may change in line with amendments to laws or policies or with changes to the Service. Any change will be announced in the app or on this page. Where a change is unfavorable to users, notice will be given at least 30 days before the effective date.
